📋 Description

• Provide CNA care for home health clients in Shelby area
• Assist with activities of daily living and basic tasks
• Light housekeeping and home management support
• Care planning coordination with clinical team
• Use of safe lifting devices and transfers
• Monitor and report client condition and vital signs

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum one year work experience
• Certificate of at least 75 hours CNA training
• Current CNA license in good standing
