📋 Description
- Execute reactive, time-sensitive campaigns across Promo Ops and CRM Ops during evenings and weekends
- Deploy and QA CRM campaigns and triage customer-facing issues, escalate to on-call when needed
- Perform cross-functional promo/CRM duties; support day-to-day operations across both areas
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing operations or related field
- Working knowledge of promotional mechanics and CRM campaigns
- Comfortable working during evening hours and under time pressure
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and systems (e.g., Braze, Xtremepush, Movable Ink)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document status updates clearly
- Ability to obtain/maintain licenses/certifications (as needed)
