📋 Description

• Own strategy, roadmap, and delivery of internal Information Systems.
• Bridge between software teams and business operations.
• Hybrid role; on-site in San Jose, CA three days/week.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years PM experience shipping internal tools/enterprise software.
• Experience in aerospace/defense or deep-tech hardware manufacturing.
• Strong track record with build vs. buy decisions and SaaS integrations.
• Fluent with communicating with software engineers, DB architects, and IT leadership.
• Ability to map complex ops workflows to software experiences.
