DevOps Director

📋 Description

• Lead DevOps and SDET teams through CI/CD, tests, and deployment
• Shape pipelines, testing frameworks, and infra for gov customers
• Establish CI/CD, security, and automated testing best practices
• Develop, maintain, and scale cloud infra and deployment pipelines
• Ensure platform stability with IaC, test scripts, and monitoring
• Collaborate with leadership to translate requirements into specs

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent
• 7+ years managing cloud infra, DevOps, or QA teams
• 5+ years hands-on with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and automated testing
• 5+ years of people management
• Deep understanding of microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and containers (Docker
