Brokerage Operations Associate I - ACATS

📋 Description

• Process daily incoming and outgoing ACATS within timelines
• Validate client info, contra accounts, asset eligibility
• Handle DTC / FOP transfers and nonstandard types
• Identify irregularities and apply correct reject paths
• Coordinate with contra firms and transfer agents
• Run mass transfers and conversions, internal or external

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years ACATS experience with industry portals
• Knowledge of NSCC/DTCC rules and FINRA Rule 11870
• Back-office ops knowledge: DTC, FOP, Fund/SERV, contra formats
• Identify irregularities and outline corrective actions
• Strong written/verbal communication; remote work with tight cutoffs
• Basic SQL, Metabase or similar query tools
