Logistics Analyst

📋 Description

• Support daily shipments and exports from Mexico for builders and manufacturing partners.
• Coordinate import/export shipments to/from Mexico with US customers.
• Monitor cargo transit and resolve delivery issues as needed.
• Assist with export documentation and SOPs for logistics operations.
• Collaborate with transport integrators, freight forwarders, and manufacturing partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Up to 2 years of logistics experience within Mexico.
• Understanding of Mexico export requirements and logistics processes.
• Customer service orientation and strong communication skills in business English.
• Vendor oversight and external partnerships experience preferred.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented with proficiency in MS Excel; Google Drive and Mac OS experience
