Director, Product Management

📋 Description

• Lead design, development, and lifecycle for payer analytics and automation products.
• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned payer analytics portfolio.
• Collaborate with Engineering, AI & Data Science, Sales, Marketing, and Ops to bring new
• Translate market needs and regulatory requirements into differentiated product capabilities.
• Drive cross-functional execution for product launches and ongoing optimization.
• Partner with executives to communicate strategy and measure product performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management within healthcare technology, payer analytics, or enterprise SaaS.
• 3+ years leading product managers or multiple cross-functional workstreams.
• Deep payer domain experience in commercial/Employer, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or D-SNP.
• Track record launching payer-facing products from concept to market adoption and outcomes.
• Experience with data-enabled analytics, workflow automation, and healthcare data types (claims
• Strong executive communication and ability to influence in a matrixed org.
