📋 Description

• Unarmed Flex Security Officers for Willis Tower in Downtown Chicago
• Shifts: 2 of 3 required; weekend/holiday availability; flexible scheduling
• Front desk duties, access control, and incident response for a secure environment
• Console monitoring, incident documentation, and collaboration with Titan Security management
• Customer service oriented responsibilities for tenants, visitors, and vendors
• Additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Available for 2 or 3 shifts; weekend/holiday availability
• Experience as door staff, receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel, or restaurant
• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain Illinois PERC and required training
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
