📋 Description
- Own the delivery of facilities strategy across North American Portfolio.
- Primary FM point of contact for assigned region; manage day-to-day facilities oversight, Service
- Travel up to 30%.
- Oversee daily retail facilities operations, ensuring adherence to policies and standards.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair of facilities (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural).
- Vendor management with external contractors, SLAs/KPIs, and service reviews.
🎯 Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Service Channel.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
- 3–5 years in facilities maintenance/management, retail or multi-location preferred.
- Ability to identify, track, and prevent facilities-related issues across Europe locations.
- Experience managing Service Channel requests end-to-end.
- Effective escalation to Director of Retail Facilities when needed.
