• Per visit home health services for adult and geriatric clients in Duval, Baker, Clay and Nassau
• Full-time position

🎯 Requirements

• Current FL Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 1 year recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Home health experience strongly preferred
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time; strong interpersonal skills
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred
