Fulfillment Associate

📋 Description

• Package and ship outbound patient orders accurately per SOPs
• Prepare shipments, build boxes and packaging for timely dispatch
• Assist with receipt and organization of incoming inventory
• Operate pallet jacks to move materials as needed
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through proper stocking
• Monitor supply levels and replenish fulfillment inventory

• Strong attention to detail in packing and shipping outbound orders
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety protocols while keeping workspace organized
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume fulfillment environment
• Effective communication and teamwork to meet daily shipping goals
• Willingness to learn and support both outbound and inbound operations
• Dependable, proactive, team-oriented with strong accountability
