📋 Description

• Develop AI Agents for manual and automated testing to support rapid code delivery.
• Lead agent-driven testing strategy across unit, API, UI, and performance testing.
• Own UI automation framework maintenance for reliability and speed.
• Guide performance/load testing design, tooling, and coverage.
• Align testing with system architecture and business risk.
• Mentor quality engineers in testing best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor in CS/engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in QA or software engineering with automated/manual testing.
• Proven AI-assisted/agent-driven testing experience.
• Experience with enterprise testing strategies across multiple tiers.
• Strong automation with TestNG, JUnit, Selenium; API testing tools.
• Performance/load testing design and actionable recommendations.
