📋 Description

• Provide phone and chat support to field technicians for work order changes
• Respond to tickets, emails, and inquiries from technical care teams
• Monitor technician routes and capacity for assignments
• Coordinate service locates and outage activities
• Use field service management and CRM systems to share info between teams
• Ensure customer commitments are met with timely resolution

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years in dispatch/field service or related role
• Some prior customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong data-entry accuracy
• Familiarity with Outlook and GPS-based tools
