Events Manager - Contract

📋 Description

• 3 months Contract – 2/3 days a week onsite/hybrid in Edinburgh (Must live in commutable distance to
• Own our event programme across owned, partner and flagship events
• Manage full lifecycle for sponsored events from planning to post-event follow-up
• Collaborate with AWS, OpenAI and Anthropic on event themes and content
• Coordinate invites, branding, messaging and materials for partner events

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Events Manager, B2B events focus
• Strong project management, able to run multiple events against tight deadlines
• Stakeholder management with senior partners and SMEs
• Experience with outreach campaigns and CRM (HubSpot or similar)
• Ability to shape event themes with internal SMEs and external partners
• Based in or around Edinburgh with flexibility to attend venues/office events
