Country Business Manager - Oil, Gas & Chemicals (OGC) - KSA & Bahrain

📋 Description

• Develop and execute strategic plans for the OGC business in KSA & Bahrain, aligning with
• Conduct market analysis to identify demand and opportunities for expansion.
• Set short/long-term goals, including new services and diversification.
• Oversee Sub-Business Unit Managers to meet business objectives.
• Provide consultancy in OGC testing to clients, improving satisfaction.
• Prepare reports on performance and project progress for senior management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, preferably Chemistry.
• Fluent in English; Arabic adds value.
• 15+ years managing countrywide OGC operations with large teams.
• Hands-on marine and laboratory ops in oil, gas & chemical logistics.
• Experience in vessel operations: loading, custody transfer, sampling, docs.
• Laboratory testing experience (fuels, LPG, crude, chemicals) with QA/QC exposure.
