Job Description
📋 Description
- Partner with senior leadership to define and execute the strategic vision, growth plans, and
- Lead large, matrixed teams of leaders and agents, establishing accountability for performance

🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field; MBA or graduate degree preferred.
- At least 10 years of relevant healthcare/pharma/biotech experience.
- At least 5 years leading contact center services or patient access programs with client-facing
- Proven success leading large teams and delivering improvements in performance and service quality.
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry dynamics, reimbursement models, patient access
- Experience with specialty healthcare areas (oncology, immunology, rare diseases) and managing

- Base salary: $150,000–$258,750, with compensation based on experience and location.
- Fully remote work opportunity within the United States, with travel up to 25%.
