Head of Payment Products & Monetization

📋 Description

• Lead the payment & monetization product strategy for WeTravel’s fintech stack.
• Own end-to-end money flow: signup, KYB/KYC, payment profiles, travelers paying organizers, and
• Collaborate with CEO/COO and cross-functional teams to scale monetization across 40+ currencies and
• Oversee PSP/vendor orchestration, real-time ledger, risk, and compliance foundations for $10B+
• Drive strategic decisions with GTM, design, engineering, and finance to deliver growth and margin
• Build a global, AI-enabled financial OS experience with high-impact business outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong track record in FinTech product leadership with hands-on PM experience and GM mindset.
• Deep expertise across payments, issuing, risk/compliance, and scaling FinTech products.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams (product, design, eng, GTM) and driving company-wide
• Ability to balance growth, margin, risk, and regulatory compliance with partners.
• Travel FinTech experience helpful but not required.
• Excellent stakeholder management and board-level decision-making capabilities.
