Engineering Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Lead delivery of complex engineering programmes for defence systems
• Own multidisciplinary engineering activities from concept to validation and acceptance
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
• Collaborate with customers, partners and internal teams in a regulated environment
• Act as engineering leadership focal point across projects
• Define engineering strategy and manage full lifecycle activities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in engineering delivery or project leadership in defence/aerospace/safety-critical
• Strong background leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Experience across full systems lifecycle (requirements to V&V)
• Ability to manage technical risk, cost and schedule in structured programmes
• Strong stakeholder management with customers, suppliers and internal teams
• Confident leader with clear communication and collaborative influence
