Senior HR Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - EMEA (HRBP)

📋 Description

• Offboarding: manage end-to-end exits across international jurisdictions, ensuring a top client
• Provide guidance on HR matters (termination, resignations, transfers, contracts, redundancy) with
• Lead client and external employee meetings, including workforce reductions and terminations.
• Negotiate positive outcomes in complex terminations with multiple stakeholders.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal, government bodies, and unions to ensure compliant offboarding.
• Draft and administer termination documents and maintain careful employee records.

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR experience across the lifecycle.
• Experience in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care and legal compliance across
• Ability to interpret industrial instruments, analyze HR issues, research, and provide practical
• Basic understanding of employee relations, progressive discipline, and investigations.
• Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and confidentiality skills.
• Business-level English; additional languages a plus.
