📋 Description

• Design, implement, and improve the organization\'s compliance framework across IT and business
• Support audits, risk management, and governance initiatives.
• Coordinate external audits and readiness reviews.
• Lead internal compliance assessments and governance reviews.
• Manage compliance exceptions, deviations, and risk acceptance processes.
• Collaborate with Security, IT, Engineering, HR, and Legal teams to close gaps.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in IT Compliance, GRC, Audit, or Risk Management.
• Experience managing compliance programs and regulatory audits.
• Strong understanding of security controls, risk management, governance, and audit methodologies.
• Cross-functional stakeholder collaboration in fast-paced environments.
