🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with Node.js and modern server-side backend development
• Previous Tech Lead, Software Architect, or senior technical leader role
• Deep architectural understanding of web/mobile clients (React, Flutter) and backend integration
• Advanced knowledge of microservices, REST, event-driven design, resilience patterns
• Experience with Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Cloud and serverless tech (AWS Lambda, API Gateway)
