- Lead scoping, requirements, prioritization for large initiatives.
- Choose predictive, iterative, or Agile methods by project.
- Engage stakeholders, baselines, manage changes.
- Identify automation opportunities across processes.
- Collaborate to define acceptance criteria and tests.
- Develop stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Fluent English, with strong BA experience, life sciences preferred.
- Experience in clinical data mgmt or programming (eCRFs, edit checks).
- Strong Agile (prefer Scrum), UML, data modeling, BA methodologies.
- Experience with BPMN; Lean Six Sigma and root cause analysis.
- Leadership experience: coaching, performance mgmt, talent dev.
