Genesis OR Consultant / Sterilization (I&A) Consultant (Spanish and Catalan speaker)

📋 Description

• Deliver onsite and remote consulting for Genesis OR programs
• Improve robotic program standardization, efficiency, training, and cost management
• Partner with hospital leaders and cross-functional teams to launch and sustain programs
• Lead multi-layered consulting engagements with stakeholders and internal teams
• Provide in-person and virtual consulting on workflow standardization, OR efficiency, training, and
• Support events, product launches, and continuous improvement efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; healthcare experience considered
• 5+ years in healthcare or hospital management, ideally in B2B sales or leadership roles
• Experience with OR departments; strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to travel and adapt to a dynamic environment; Lean/Six Sigma a plus
• Fluency in English, Spanish, and Catalan; proficient with MS Office and project management
• Willingness to travel up to 70%
