Senior HR Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - EMEA (HRBP)

📋 Description

• Offboarding: manage exits across multiple jurisdictions with compliance.
• Provide HR guidance on termination, resignation, transfers, contracts, redundancy.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees on terminations and outcomes.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal, and other teams to ensure compliant offboarding.
• Contribute to lifecycle process improvements and automation.

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor or HR Business Partner background across employee lifecycle.
• Proven exits management experience with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
• Interpret industrial instruments; analyze HR issues and advise clients.
• Basic ER principles, discipline approaches, and investigations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and confidentiality.
• Business-level English; additional languages a plus.
