Senior Regulatory and Scientific Affairs Specialist

📋 Description

• Act as a key business partner for regulatory operations, compliance systems, and trainings.
• Support US regulations, third-party requirements, and internal policies.
• Partner with Regulatory & Scientific Affairs, Quality, Procurement, and Recipe Management on
• Provide guidance on recipe compliance, labeling, claims substantiation, and ingredient
• Identify and escalate potential compliance concerns; develop practical solutions.
• Support improvement of regulatory processes, systems, and controls.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, or related field.
• At least 4 years in a food/regulatory environment.
• Solid understanding of US regulatory requirements for food/supplements.
• Experience with cross-functional regulatory activities (ingredients, formulas, labels, claims).
• Strong project planning and management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication with stakeholders.
