Manager, Information Technology (IT)

📋 Description

• Oversee daily IT operations, monitoring system reliability and performance while coordinating
• Provide advanced oversight of hardware, software, cloud-based infrastructure, and business
• Manage user accounts, permissions, system access, and onboarding/offboarding with accurate
• Support IT policies, standards, procedures, and operational best practices.
• Coordinate technology initiatives: upgrades, integrations, new tech implementations, and process
• Partner with department leaders to understand needs and evaluate emerging technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field preferred.
• 7+ years in IT operations, systems administration, or tech support, ideally in life sciences/global
• Experience coordinating external vendors/consultants.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, collaborative platforms, and IT operations support.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and risk management; familiarity with NIST 800-171 and CMMC.
• Excellent communication, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
