Job Description
📋 Description
- Lead process design, optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement across functions.
- Drive transformation programs with structured assessment, planning, and deployment.
- Establish governance, data controls, and performance measurement practices.
- Partner with senior leaders to set policies, priorities, and scalable process solutions.
- Oversee strategic transformations including acquisitions and integrations.
- Collaborate with technology teams on roadmaps and deployments.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field plus 8+ years, or advanced degrees with fewer years
- 7+ years in consulting, continuous improvement, PM, or related areas; large-scale transformation
- Proven ability to influence executives and work across functions.
- Strong CI and PM experience; Six Sigma Green Belt and/or PMP a plus.
- Willingness to travel ~25%; must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Experience with governance, data, reporting, and cross-functional process excellence.
