CS Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Own renewal book tracking and flag upcoming renewals
• Act as contact after SPL secures commitment
• Coordinate with Contracts and Finance on terms, pricing
• Ensure contracts and invoices are correctly reflected in systems
• Administer CS data in Salesforce; manage permissions/workflows
• Maintain data integrations for CS systems

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years in renewals ops, deal desk, or CS/sales ops
• Salesforce admin proficiency; Maxio/Linksquares/DocuSign a plus
• Comfort reading contract terms without negotiating
• Strong analytical skills; experience with Metabase or Sigma
• Cross-functional coordination across Legal, Finance, Sales, CS
• Detail-oriented, proactive communicator
