Production Manager, Axios Live (Part-time Temporary)

📋 Description

• Lead on-site technical execution for Axios Live events, incl audiovisuals, lighting, staging
• Create graphics with Adobe After Effects.
• Serve as show-caller and stage manager for Axios Live products.
• Coordinate site-specific builds, rehearsals, and run-throughs.
• Oversee vendor setup, cues, asset management, and execution for brand-aligned experiences.
• Support rapid post-event wrap, incl media clipping and delivery to editorial/marketing.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years in event production with focus on A/V, livestream, and show execution.
• Strong understanding of live event workflows: rigging, lighting, comms, streaming.
• Hands-on show-calling, stage/backstage coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple events with precision and attention to detail.
• Positive, team-centered attitude; able to work independently on projects.
• Excellent communication and time-management; thrives in fast-paced environments.

🎁 Benefits

• Contract: 8 weeks with potential extension; part-time (15-20 hrs/week).
• Pre-Production Hourly: $38.50-$44.00/hour (15-20 hrs/week).
• On-Site: $1,500/day (12-hour day).
