Registered Nurse On-Call - Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• After-hour phone triage and client home visits in Baltimore County/City
• Follow designated care plans and perform nursing duties per patient needs
• Visit clients in designated geographic territories during evenings/nights
• Monitor conditions and report changes to Clinical/Client Services Manager
• Document observations and interventions using state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
• Coordinate with doctors and team for care plan execution

🎯 Requirements

• Maryland RN license (current)
• Minimum 1 year clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Prior home care preferred
• Graduation from accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time
• Strong interpersonal and computer/EMR skills
