📋 Description
- Lead the Process Engineering team to ensure safe, high‑quality and efficient processes
- Drive production capacity to meet on‑time deliveries
- Manage cross‑departmental projects and deliverables
- Guide projects from concept to full production and maintain standard work
- Coordinate data needs and validate process changes with CoEs
- Lead LV1 activities and packaging design approvals for launches
🎯 Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- At least 10 yrs leading process/manufacturing areas
- Strong leadership, strategic planning and analytics
- Experience coordinating multi‑discipline teams and projects
- Willingness to travel 20%+
