📋 Description
- Manage day-to-day planning and execution of clinical studies for robotic/AI-based products
- Partner with clinical sites, CROs/vendors, and internal teams to deliver on time and within budget
- Site startup, training, equipment logistics, data management, and issue resolution
- Travel within US and occasional international travel; prefer San Carlos, CA onsite with travel as
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years clinical trial operations in medical devices/diagnostics
- Experience coordinating multi-site studies with CROs/vendors
- GCP/ICH knowledge and TMF/documentation experience
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field; advanced degree a plus
