📋 Description

• Seed production and orchard operations in Alabama.
• Operate seed processing systems and maintain equipment.
• Lead safety, maintenance, and documentation in the seed orchard.
• Collaborate with Seed Sourcing & Processing Manager on plans and SOPs.
• Monitor production timelines and quality targets.
• Supervise Seed Orchards and coordinate labor as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in horticulture, agriculture, forestry, or equivalent
• Strong communication and mechanical skills
• Experience diagnosing and repairing equipment
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, Epicor
• Time management, teamwork, independence when needed
• Willingness to work full-time, including peak weekends
