📋 Description

• Lead onboarding, data migration, implementation, and training for enterprise accounts.
• Act as project manager and change management coach for customers.
• Coordinate with executive sponsors, admins, and end users across stakeholders.
• Run kickoff meetings, workshops, and training sessions tailored to firms.
• Advise on workflow design, operations, and adoption to maximize impact.
• Assist with change management and data integrity during migrations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in B2B SaaS implementations.
• 2+ years end-to-end technical implementation experience.
• Experience in project management with multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Consultative by nature, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing time independently.
