📋 Description

• Lead and build NeuraFlash Marketing Cloud Next practice from the ground up.
• Own offerings, methodology, and delivery frameworks across Marketing Cloud Next.
• Grow the delivery team, headcount planning, and talent recruitment.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Salesforce leadership on assets and accelerators.
• Develop GTM plan, packaging, pricing, and enable sales and delivery teams.
• Drive pre-sales, discovery workshops, and executive sponsorship on engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience (Marketing Cloud Next/Engagement/Account Engage).
• 5+ years consulting at an executive support level.
• Deep understanding AI-driven marketing capabilities (agentic journeys, real-time personalization
• Strong presentation and communication skills; fast-paced startup mindset.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications preferred.
• Willing to travel as needed.
