📋 Description

• Drive implementation of multilingual program models with language allocation.
• Coach teachers on language instructional strategies with coaching cycles.
• Design PD on content-based language instruction for emergent bilinguals.
• Lead internalization of standards-aligned bilingual curriculum.
• Integrate language development within MTSS Tier 1 core and interventions.
• Provide small group language interventions for beginner/newcomer students.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• Primary - Texas Bilingual Teacher Certification (required)
• Secondary - Texas ELAR and ESL Certification (required)
• 2 years teaching experience (required)
• 1 year teacher leader experience (required)
• Experience with underserved communities and/or school leadership (preferred)
