- Develop and communicate the overall strategy for site security, aligning it with SpaceX’s business
- Become trusted security advisor to senior management through high-level communication and briefing
- Establish procedures to assess and mitigate security vulnerabilities or gaps
- Maintain compliant security operations and ensure team adherence to laws and policies
- Identify, prioritize, implement security measures and response plans
- Participate in groups to stay updated on security-related information
🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- 10+ years in security
- 5+ years in security management supervising staff
- Experience with ITAR
