📋 Description

• Roast coffee according to sensory profile and schedule
• Collaborate with teams to ensure roasts are ready on time
• Minimise wastage and follow Safety and Quality protocols
• Learn origins, roast profiles, and cupping with coffee experts
• Based at Campos HQ in Banksmeadow, with shifts Mon-Fri 12:00–20:00 or floater 8:00–9:00 start

🎯 Requirements

• Detail oriented and focused, able to perform repetitive tasks
• Genuine interest in coffee and Campos roasting approach
• Basic computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
• Physically capable to lift up to 24 kg
• AU working rights with unlimited working rights
