Bank Compliance Technology Analyst

📋 Description

• Support the technical design and operation of Affirm Bank’s BSA/AML and broader compliance programs.
• Build and maintain transaction-monitoring rules, customer risk-rating capabilities, EDD workflows
• Configure and improve case-management systems, operational workflows, investigation tools, and
• Translate compliance requirements into clear system logic, technical requirements, and operational
• Conduct testing of rules, workflows, system changes, and automated decisions before and after
• Monitor control performance, data quality, system reliability, and operational outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience supporting compliance technology, BSA/AML, financial crimes, banking
• Understanding of transaction monitoring, customer risk rating, EDD, case management, and
• Ability to translate policy or regulatory requirements into practical technical and operational
• Strong analytical skills, including experience evaluating data, identifying trends, and
• Experience with workflow tools, case-management platforms, dashboards, data queries, or system
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.

• USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $145,000 - $205,000
• USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year: $128,000 - $188,000
