Director, Revenue Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead the technical arm of Revenue Operations for GTM
• Own revenue data platform and reconciled quarterly reporting
• Manage GTM tech stack: data warehouse, automation, deal infrastructure
• Launch infrastructure for product/pricing/package changes across GTM systems
• Partner with Finance for internal and board reporting
• Oversee day-to-day operation of revenue systems end to end

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning revenue tech stack end to end in a high-growth B2B SaaS
• Proven hiring/management of engineers or ICs
• Strong in data platforms, pricing operations, and GTM tooling
• Ability to defend numbers with executives and translate pain points into systems
• Technical depth to review architecture and code; commercial acumen for deal desks
• Comfortable in a fast-growing startup environment
