📋 Description

• Supervise assistive personnel under RN Clinical Manager guidance.
• Coordinate client openings for Personal Care and Homemaking clients.
• Report changes in client condition and safety needs toClinical Manager and team.
• Serve as liaison between field and office staff; advocate for clients.
• Provide training and education to family members.
• Support communication within the multidisciplinary team; manage medications as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Current MA Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of one year of verifiable LPN work experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of goal achievement.
• History of taking on more responsibility with growth ambition.
