📋 Description

• You will oversee inventory control and cycle count programs, ensuring alignment with Finance and
• Develop metrics and reporting for Finance and Operations on cycle count and cancellation results.
• Keep Finance/Operations updated on cycle count results and trends.
• Assist in testing/rolling out fulfillment system upgrades or new packages.
• Analyze data to identify cost savings and improve customer service and performance.
• Identify trends affecting fulfillment and customer service to raise center quality and cancellation

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fulfillment center or warehouse supervising 20+ people.
• Experience with multiple small parcel carriers.
