Visual Manager - Williamsburg

📋 Description

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes
• Lead strategic product presentation and merchandising by ensuring product recovery, restock
• Own visual direction from planning through executing to meeting company expectations, budgets
• Lead a team through accountability, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration
• Represent the business in meetings and on conference calls with General/Store Manager
• Ensure internal and external pipeline through succession planning and recruitment strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrate an ability to navigate the organization with a balance of business need and brand
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
• Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability
