• Oversee operational and visual processes on the sales floor

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related leadership experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Lead a team with accountability and coaching
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage visual and KPI goals
