- Own full accounting cycle and financial reporting
- Oversee job costing, WIP, and multi-project profitability
- Manage revenue recognition and progress billing
- Integrate external apps with QuickBooks Online
- Oversee AP/AR, expenses, and vendor interactions
- Support compliance for federally funded projects
🎯 Requirements
- 5–7+ years accounting experience with U.S.-based companies; CPA preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction/job-costed accounting
- Experience with external stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Slack, Google Suite, Zoom
- Familiarity with federally funded project accounting (certified payroll, prevailing wage)
- Excellent communication and ability to work in remote environment
