🎯 Requirements

• Experience implementing management processes or performance frameworks
• Proven ops analysis with KPIs and indicators
• Knowledge of root cause analysis, 5W2H, PDCA
• Experience with strategic planning (OKRs, BSC, etc.)
• Ability to present executive insights clearly
