📋 Description

• Play a central role on the team that runs Anthropic's programs for Commercial Launches—evolve
• Run launches end-to-end through the Commercial launch process: intake, scoping, and translate to
• Collaborate with product teams to develop paths to launch and ensure alignment across functions
• Identify bottlenecks in launches and implement process/system changes to prevent recurrence
• Build components like launch tiering, readiness criteria, playbooks, templates, and SLAs; create
• Lead major program-improvement workstreams (instrumentation, workflow tooling, automation) with

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building and running new product introduction processes
• 10+ years in operations with success in billing, payments, or commercial operations (high-volume
• Strong knowledge of billing systems, subscription management, and payments platforms
• Proven track record scaling operational programs in high-growth environments
• Willing to roll up sleeves and do the operational work while leading a team
• Experience with automation initiatives and partnering with engineering for operational tooling
