Senior Product Manager (L3)

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end AI delivery for GenAI and agentic AI engagements
• Own roadmap, define agent behavior, run evaluations, and guide phased rollout
• Collaborate with engineering on architecture decisions and frame AI tradeoffs for executives
• Frame problems, hypotheses, and deliver production-grade AI solutions
• Develop trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years product management with hands-on AI features shipping experience
• Deep AI fluency and prototyping ability
• Ability to operate in non-deterministic, enterprise-scale environments
• Experience defining AI product roadmaps, goals, and metrics
• Strong communication for executive audiences; ability to frame AI tradeoffs
• Experience with AWS AI services and modern AI tooling
