Independent Living Specialist - Float

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 support in home and community settings
• Help individuals develop daily living skills and independence
• Support appointments, errands, employment activities, and community involvement
• Assist with personal care, meals, housekeeping, laundry, and daily needs
• Help with budgeting, household management, health and safety
• Follow individualized support and service plans

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in a relevant field
• Two years of experience with disabilities or mental illness
• Valid driver's license, driving record, and vehicle to transport clients
• Willing to travel within ~30 minutes of South Metro
• Independent, adaptable, tech-friendly, reliable
• Strong communication, organization, teamwork
