• Conceptualize, develop, and stand up a cutting-edge bending and welding work cell capable of
• Drive assembly first build and test efforts through design for manufacturability guidance, assembly
• Implement innovative tooling solutions for both new and existing products, streamlining production
• Establish and enforce standard practices, troubleshooting guides, and standardized repair
• Streamline and optimize existing production systems, proactively identifying areas for cost
• Demonstrate ingenuity and autonomy by introducing novel ideas and implementing them with utmost

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in aerospace, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience building and testing hardware in a manufacturing environment (may
• Experience interfacing with design engineering, manufacturing, and production personnel.
• Extensive experience managing large scope of ownership.
• Extensive experience authoring work instructions and/or test procedures for mechanical and/or fluid
• Self-starter that has demonstrated the ability to define and own a process from scratch and roll
